Yoshica McCullough
Licensed Mental Health Counselor -
I am a wellness and relationship counselor, who has a natural gift of building relationships and a passion for ensuring the overall wellness of my community. So I decided to combine my gift and my passion with my education and experience and took a Leap of Faith to start this practice.
I believe there is no shame in asking for help as we all need help at some time or another in our lives. I feel you hold the key to the happiness that you seek, and I am only here to help you find it from deep within. I will meet you where you are and help you to break through that wall that is holding you back from your full potential.
I guarantee to be my true authentic self and I hope to create a safe space for you to do the same.
In my years of practice, I have found success with using an integrated approach with a firm Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) base to help you think outside the box. Why? Because everything doesn’t work for everybody.
I have worked with a variety of populations and have spent the majority of my career working with couples dealing with communication issues and conflict as well as bariatric clients that struggle with a poor relationship with food, body image and eating disorders. Whether relationship issues or weight management issues many experience underlining symptoms such as anxiety and depression. We can help you to gain the necessary coping skills to live well.
If you are tired of struggling and ready to make a change take a leap and give me a call today.
