Yash Shankar

Psychotherapist -

I’m an individual and relationship therapist with a special focus on loss and reconnection. I work with people who are grieving the loss of their sense of self, and who are craving reconnection to their identity and desires. My clients are people who feel suddenly disconnected from parts of themselves they once had access to, are mourning a relationship they never got to have, or revisiting past experiences with a new lens.  Confronting feelings of grief is challenging, but facing and understanding these feelings, despite the discomfort, can be transformative. In our work together, we will center self awareness, joy, and peace, to bolster your natural ability to heal and recover from difficulty. Email me at therapywithyash@gmail.com for a free consultation call.
