Whitney Hacker

Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate - MPA, MA, LMHCA

If you have made it here, you may be feeling stuck, disappointed, confused, or even indifferent to the world around you. Whether you’re battling the challenges of a difficult environment or the heaviness of unprocessed wounds, you do not have to do it alone.

Therapy can provide you with a space for sorting through those struggles in a safe and open way. I provide compassion-centered therapy for folks of all walks of life. I especially enjoy working with those who have been impacted by complex traumas in childhood and/or adulthood; are struggling to reconcile issues with identity, relationships, transitions, and/or spirituality; and those that are working through life with neurodiversity or chronic illness.

Ultimately, I provide a space that does not require you to be your best, or even good. You are encouraged to show up even when you feel tired, disappointed, messy, frustrated, numb, heartbroken, and everything in-between. I only ask that you show up. We will figure out the rest together.
