Vikas Keshri
Clinical Social Worker/Therapist - MSW, RSW
I will support you in overcoming mental health challenges by providing you the right tools and techniques. I can help you identify your triggers and develop an effective plan to minimize the impact of anxiety, depression, panic attack or suicidal/homicidal thoughts.
Our sessions should help you develop better insight into your situation and help you find answers to your questions. I will work with you to help you uncover your strengths so that you stay focused, confident and motivated to achieve your goal. I have supported many clients in moving towards or achieving their goals – be it taking control over their symptoms, going back to school or finding gainful employment. I will not guarantee a cure for your symptoms but a relief from symptoms is what I initially aim for.
In my 20+ years of experience, I have seen people living a more fulfilling life. I have passionately worked with people experiencing mild to severe mental health challenges including schizophrenia and bipolar (psychotic and mood disorders). I am aware that the journey to recovery from symptoms is a rough ride but you do not have to walk alone. I offer compassionate, confidential and non-judgmental services.
