Verniece Green-Fulford
Licensed Mental Health Counselor - LMHC
Children, teens, and adults alike can experience shifts in mood, no matter the circumstance. From depressed and anxious mood, to trauma, the idea is usually the same…To be able to process the emotions that arise, and to be able to cope. Making the decision to enter therapy isn’t always easy. Keeping this in mind, I strive to build therapeutic relationships with my clients that are rooted in partnership. To do so, I offer a thorough needs assessment, and in sessions with clients, I utilize a psychodynamic approach which is helpful as it can lead to a myriad of tools to effectively cope with life’s stressors.
