I think that asking for support is pretty courageous and maybe even a little scary. Trusting that someone can be objective and supportive is pretty hard for anyone, but this can be especially hard when something about your life experiences has made it difficult to trust (even) yourself. Maybe you struggle with making decisions. Maybe past or present trauma has left you feeling depressed or anxious or both. Or maybe you don’t know why you feel the way you feel or why you do the things you do.I understand, from a very deep and personal way, what it’s like to feel like you aren’t the best version of yourself, and I believe I can help. I use a variety of therapy techniques such as CBT to help you challenge negative thoughts or Narrative techniques to help you rewrite your story the way you want it to be written. Mostly, I build a relationship with you so that you can be heard. We work together to help you find your voice and to help you heal on the inside. My goal is to support you on your journey and to help you meet your goals.
