Tracy Milstead
Counselor, Therapist -
My counseling approach takes into consideration all aspects of a person, and the effects problems in your life have on you physically, psychologically, socially, and spiritually (if you choose). Some of the ways I help clients achieve their goals are through: education, finding patterns of thinking or behavior that may not be serving you well, helping address uncomfortable feelings through acceptance and mindfulness, recognizing and addressing spiritually abusive situations, and helping problem-solve life’s challenges.
