There are many reasons traditional outpatient therapy may not be adequate to address the issues of individuals who are in a severe emotional or behavioral distress. Some benefits to mobile counseling such as Ease of scheduling appointments to accommodate your needs; Individuals (Adults, Children & Adolescence) often feel more at ease in their own environment; or convenient for individuals that is not able to leave their environment.My therapeutic approach is Cognitive Behavior and DBT. However, the treatment modalities are tailor specifically to your therapeutic needs. Being diagnosed with a mental health problem is not the only way to benefit from therapy, individuals seek help for everyday concerns: job stress, relationship problems, divorce, extended family concerns, new job.Available in both traditional and not traditional settings such as in-Home / Community Mobile Therapy, and or Online / Skype Sessions
