Do you feel like you’ve tried everything and nothing helps? Racing thoughts, flashbacks, nightmares, and constant worry and anxiety are common responses to stressful life events.
Depression and anxiety can leave you feeling like you can’t think straight or like you are walking around in a fog; decision making begins to feel impossible and unsafe. Feeling stuck and not knowing how to change is hard. When you lack support or don’t know how to change things, it can feel downright impossible. Maybe you’ve tried to make changes in the past only to find yourself still stuck in the same patterns of helplessness and fear.
As a counselor, I am committed to investing my time in understanding who you are and how I can best support you through healing. We will use tools and techniques that have been proven to work so that you can learn ways to help manage your feelings and experiences and get back to living in your day to day life.
