Tom Fuller
LMFT
I’ve been a professional therapist for 25 years and a student of Buddhist mindfulness practices for over 30 years. I love working with people who are not just trying to fix problems but are wanting to understanding better who they are, why they’re here, and how do they do that well. I also help couples learn to communicate about their stuck places and to improve their practice of intimacy with each other. I enjoy helping people who have a spiritual practice bring it into the gritty work of partnering, raising children and sharing their wisdom with the world.
The growing edge of my work is in helping people to enhance their power, love and clarity in order to be awake and vital participants in today’s challenging world. When we cultivate our unique gifts and vision we can help create a world based more on love and connection and less on fear.
I’m an older, married father of teenage boys so I am especially sympathetic to more mature couples. I’ve worked with many couples helping them move into a more current expression of their relationship, or to consciously move out of the marriage if they decide that’s the direction they want to go.
