Toby Ford

Associate Marriage and Family Therapist -

These times are truly distressing, but finding a moment to take care of your mental health doesn’t have to be. My goal is to help you get back to living life on your terms. My own growth through personal life struggles is what helps me relate so deeply with clients. I know what it’s like to struggle with depression, anxiety, grief and other difficult experiences. Like everyone else, I’m human. I’ve been through both wonderful and difficult experiences that have shaped who I am and how I help.
