Psychologist Associate w/Independent Practice - LPA-IP
I’m glad to have you here as you embark on this therapeutic journey. My clients often describe our sessions as calm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental spaces where they can feel safe to explore their thoughts and feelings. I believe in an egalitarian approach, meaning we’ll work together as partners in this process. My goal is to support you in generating the change you desire while holding you accountable in a compassionate way. By drawing from a variety of therapeutic methods, I tailor my approach to meet your unique needs, helping you build a personalized toolkit for growth and resilience that extends beyond our time together. I look forward to collaborating with you on this path to healing and self-discovery.
I view therapy as a welcoming space where all parts of you are accepted, including the challenging aspects that can be difficult to share. I take an individualized approach to each client, recognizing that every person is unique and not defined by labels. This perspective helps foster a sense of acceptance and security within the therapeutic relationship.
Together we will help you transform your life so you can live the life you want on your terms to maximize the quality of how you live on a daily basis.
I specialize in psychological testing and evaluations to individuals 7 years or older. I provide individual psychotherapy to adults with the following identities or difficulties: Women, Black and Hispanic people, Perinatal and Reproductive Mental Health (PMADs, perinatal grief and loss, fertility challenges, PMDD, PMS, perimenopause, and menopause), Empaths and Highly Sensitive People, and LGBTQIA+.
I center my therapeutic approaches based on the client and their needs. I often use an eclectic approach, where I take certain activities or concepts from different therapeutic approaches to help clients reach their desired outcome.
