Theresa Gregory, Lightbridge Psychotherapy

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) -

If you are feeling anxious, depressed, or overwhelmed by sadness, you have come to the right place where you will find understanding, hope, and healing. I am here for you, and you are not alone. It can be hard to take that first step. In your first complimentary phone session, you will be heard and greeted with gentle compassion, non-judgment, comfort, and empathy. Some days, it can feel like a struggle to get out of bed, to interact with others, or to go to work.I specialize in therapy to manage anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and loss of someone important to us, such as: a family member, friend, or beloved pet, relationship loss, pregnancy loss and infertility, job loss, and loss of ourselves due to trauma, addictions, illness, social isolation, bullying, abuse, and other challenging life circumstances.I will meet you wherever you are on your life journey. With care and concern, I will compassionately guide you forward, by giving you the tools, strategies and resources to help you feel better, so you can move on toward hope, balance, and finding joy in your life again. I utilize a solutions-based, transpersonal/psychodynamic approach to healing. I hope to hear from you.
