Thea Vondracek

Marriage & Family Therapist - LMFT

The key to a happy relationship is open, honest, and kind communication. Open and honest communication builds trust. My clients tell me that the most important thing they learned in therapy was how to communicate their needs and understand the needs of each other. Counseling is a place to learn and practice new behaviors, identify and establish appropriate boundaries, and develop kindness. I respect personal beliefs in regards to faith, religion, and spirituality. Christian-based counseling services are available upon request. I encourage self-sufficiency, personal strength, intentionality, and kindness. You can make your appointment through my website. I provide both in office and on-line sessions.
