Counselor - LCPC
You get complimented on having it together and doing it all so well. People say you make it look easy; but if they only knew how you really feel. To you, life feels chaotic. In spite of appearing to do it all seemingly well, it feels as though you’re failing or barely keeping up. You’re being pulled in multiple directions, it’s hard to prioritize. You don’t want to let others down, but the thought of doing one more thing causes you to panic. You oscillate between needing to do or control everything and wishing you could walk away to get the break you desperately need.
You want to be able to relax, breathe and feel calmer. You’d love to let go of the guilt and stop saying yes to everyone but yourself. You want to learn how to quiet your inner critic, the constant worries, and nonstop thoughts. It’s not impossible, I can help.
I work with high-achieving individuals who need a little help getting to the calmer side of things. I keep up to date on the latest research in psychology and neuroscience along with continuing education on stress, overwhelm, burnout and anxiety. To make things as easy as possible, I offer daytime and evening hours with in-person or video options to fit whatever works best for your schedule.
