Tatra-Li de la Rosa

Psychotherapist and Marriage and Family Therapist -

Welcome to my practice where my therapeutic mission is to help you live the life that is waiting for you!

I love my work and bring a compassionate and active presence to my work with people facing any number of life’s inevitable challenges. It is my hope that through our alliance together, we can creatively address your concerns in ways that leave you feeling empowered and authentically aligned with your own purpose and passion.

I also work with couples to help them disentangle the patterns of communication that might feel stuck or to resolve and heal from betrayals and ruptures of trust that can cripple our safety with each other. Couples often come to me when they feel like they’ve run out of hope and tools for changing their dynamic and I want you to know that hope and healing are possible!

Please visit my website to learn more about my work with a wide range of issues from sexual wellbeing, anxiety, trauma, infidelity, depression, identity and cultural concerns, to reigniting the passion in your relationship or redefining who you are as a person – www.tatradelarosa.com
