As adults, we often function (and operate) based on the ineffective beliefs that we were taught as kids. These beliefs may surround relationships, finances, body image, status, etc. and can have a huge impact on our lives… without us even realizing! I use EMDR Therapy to help people “uproot” these beliefs. This then frees up space for individuals to operate according to their chosen beliefs. Processing our past by activating both sides of our brain (EMDR) provides deeper healing than just talk therapy alone.
