I specialize in helping women and men recover from anxiety/panic disorders and depression issues. The sadness, isolation, and fatigue of depression and the worry and loss of control of anxiety and panic don’t have to be a major part of your life forever. I’ve been honored to work with people struggling with these issues, and have seen clients recover and go on to live resilient, healthy lives full of meaning and joy. I’m open and compassionate, and I am committed to helping clients learn the skills to calm their minds and bodies. I love working with people struggling with anxiety and depression issues because underneath the anxiety and depression, they tend to be super smart, sensitive, and creative people who are capable of exceeding their expectations once the anxiety and depression are no longer driving their actions.
In addition, I see couples who have grown apart, and are struggling to come back together.
