Group Therapy: $50 per session
Working through life with Anxiety is an online group for adults that may have began noticing increasing anxiety in their life, and those that have been diagnosed with anxiety and are looking for “what’s next?” This 8 week group is led by a mental health professional with additional expertise and licensure in addiction. In participating and completing this group participants will receive a brief assessment, as well as education regarding anxiety and how it shows up in everyday life. Participants will learn and practice coping skills that will prove beneficial in learning how to work through life with anxiety.
