I am here to listen and care, but most importantly to challenge you on how you can grow. Sometimes the growth we experience is not easy, and filled with challenges. I believe that real changes come when we can look in the mirror and see how we need to grow ourselves.I’ve worked with individuals and families dealing with many different types of issues. My specialty is working with those struggling with addictions – alcohol and substance use. My hope is to work together to bring hope with compassion and an approach that can incorporate your spiritual journey if you feel this as important for you.
