I counsel individuals aged 12 – adult and strive to provide a warm, non-judgmental, and safe environment to facilitate growth. I have a special place in my heart for teens and young adults. I teach positive thinking in all aspects of life. In addition, I work with couples and teach the importance of communication skills, conflict resolution, strengthening connections, and just plain fun in a relationship.
