In my career I have had the opportunity to provide case management, psychosocial assessments, provide therapeutic services, and life skills to youth, adults, and families. I’m committed to helping them overcome life’s challenges. I credit myself in utilizing the strength-based approach to help my clients acknowledge their power within.I offer counseling/coaching to those who are in need and committed to do the work. Overcoming any challenge comes with commitment and courage to change. No matter what your issue is; relationship, self-esteem, confidence, fears, new challenges, or you are in need of a mindset shift I’m here to help guide you through your journey.I offer my clients a safe place which allows them to be acknowledged, understood, and validated.
