Welcome! I use the pronouns She/her. I believe healing comes from expanding our capacity for meaningful connection in our life. People often come to see me because they are finding they have learned to adapt to life in ways that sometimes aren’t working for them and feel stuck. When we can talk through and explore how and why we learned to adapt to our environment, we can then learn new ways we want to respond. I believe there are many things that contribute to individual well-being, like politics, economics, culture, family and community that are often overlooked in health care. I offer a genuine, warm and non-judgmental environment. I focus on your strengths and help you look at your situation from a holistic point of view. My specialties include but are not limited to sexual abuse, body acceptance, gender identity, attachment and healthy relationships, cultural issues and LGBTQIA+.
