Within every boy, girl, man, and woman lies resources to address challenges of life and mental health issues. I use a client- centered, strength-based and holistic approach along with other models of treatment to help my clients effect the desired change.My special focus is on: Grief – helping individuals find meaning in their losses; Anxiety and depression – helping individuals speak positive words to their anxious and depressive thoughts; Parent/Child work-improving the relationship between parents and children that transfers to other areas of life.
