Stacy Nunne
Psychotherapist -
I approach therapy from a systemic perspective, believing that our relationships shape and influence how we live our lives. I believe that life is a personal journey and that each person is capable of creating the change that they desire. I recognize that each person is unique and that we each handle our problems differently. Each person is unique with their own life history and story. My passion is helping people feel supported so that they can develop an acceptance for themselves, discover new insights, and create new and renewed relationships. I am also passionate about helping couples and/or individuals to save or enhance their relationship and provide safety and security to begin to talk about the struggles and emotions that are most difficult and create a deeper connection and change in the relationship. As a therapist, I collaborate with individuals, couples, and families to help them discover their strengths and develop new insights. I believe that with help, support, and a witness to their experience, people can move beyond living a functional life and live a more balanced, fulfilled and peaceful life.
