Stacey Hoth
Mental Health Therapist -
Hi, I’m Stacey Hoth, MA, MS, LMHC, NCC. I help adults and couples who feel stuck in patterns of anxiety, trauma responses, burnout, and relationship stress. Many of my clients are high-functioning on the outside but exhausted on the inside—overthinking, people-pleasing, carrying too much, or feeling on edge even when life “should” be okay.
My approach is warm, grounded, and practical. We’ll slow things down, make sense of what’s happening, and build skills you can actually use in real life. When appropriate, we can also use trauma-focused work (including EMDR) to reduce the intensity of past experiences and help your nervous system feel safer.
You can expect a nonjudgmental space, clear direction, and a pace that feels manageable. Therapy should feel like something is shifting—inside session and between sessions. During our first session, we’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, what you’ve tried, what you want to be different, and what’s getting in the way. We’ll build a plan together—whether that’s learning coping tools first, addressing relationship dynamics, or doing deeper trauma work when you’re ready.
If you’re ready to feel calmer, more grounded, and more in control, I’d love to help. Reach out to get started.
