Supporting women with anxiety is my passion. I want to help you thrive, not just survive. I have spent 20 years in the mental health field and an entire lifetime navigating my own anxiety and I want to let other women know that you are not alone. There is hope! I have learned how daily lifestyle changes can greatly impact anxiety and I give clients the tools they need to take inspired and aligned action in their life.
I have blended my experience as a School Psychologist, Board Certified Hypnotherapist, and Integrative Nutrition Health Coach to support my clients overall health and happiness. Together we create a solutions focused plan that includes lifestyle changes and cognitive behavioral techniques. I teach my clients skills that they can easily incorporate into their lives while holding them accountable for their own progress.
