Skylar Smith
Counselor, Art Therapist - LPC
I have 35+ years in the MH field specializing in working with children, teens, adults, and families in a variety of settings. LPC for 10 years. As an eclectic therapist, I use multiple techniques such as client centered, existential, trauma-focused, art therapy, CBT, and family therapy. I also am familiar with LGBTQ+ issues personally and professionally.
If there is anything about my previously described experiences that interest you, please reach out to see if I might be a good fit for you. As a wounded healer, I have worked very hard to know what the therapy process entails and strive to be present and understanding in addressing your individual issues whether addressing the past, present, and/or future.
