I offer a safe place of non-judgment where you are free to explore your feelings and relationships. Starting therapy is a positive action in which your making it possible for yourself to grow. Many new skills can be gained from participation in therapy such as improved communication with loved ones, a greater sense of well-being and new tools for coping with stress. I can teach you skills that you can take with you and continue to use on your own. I believe that we are all deserving of compassion and understanding. My focus is on people’s strengths and I believe everyone has them. At times it will be hard work and your questions or concerns are welcome. I am here to assist you in reaching your therapeutic goals, so that you may experience improved emotional and behavioral functioning and lead a more fulfilling life.
