I specialize in trauma, narcissistic abuse, and grief. My focus is on healing the mother wound. Are you tired of emotional pain that won’t go away? Supporting you in your change process is what I do. You cannot make anyone love you, but you can love yourself. Let’s work on doing hard things together. As a post-trauma thriver and 15 years of no contact, I recognize the importance of being heard and understood while doing the grief work to heal.
My counseling style is tender-hearted, gentle, and attentive to matters of the heart. It is time to accept the past you cannot do anything about, work on living in the present, and take actions that move you towards the life you want.
