Relationships, marriage, and family concerns are also topics that I am experienced with.I work with people therefore my approach is Person centered and based on the priorities and needs that you present in our session. In a culturally sound approach I utilize Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Psychodynamic approaches to help support you in meeting and discovering your goals. Prepare to grow in our sessions, as we learn from each other better ways to communicate with others, build our empathy, gain insight, grow our emotional IQ and increase listening skills.Seeking out support for Mental Health should be just as simple as scheduling with your Primary Care Doctor. It should also be accepted as apart of integrative care, in that our minds and body’s need support from professionals to help us be the best versions of ourselves.I’m excited to start our journey together!!
