Savannah Wilson
Psychotherapist -
As both a parent and therapist, I’m deeply passionate about working within relational dynamics and healing attachment wounds. I find purpose in guiding those curious about their layered identities to explore the rich intersections and complexity of who they are. My own journey led me to this work, seeking to offer the resources I once needed—from psychoeducation to liberation within oppressive systems. I value bringing my clients back into connection with their highest selves and/or their higher powers. For those who feel different or find themselves on the edges—misfits welcome… Let’s journey into the depths together.
My approach: My approach is collaborative, relational, and grounded in a decolonial understanding of mental health. Rather than asking “what’s wrong with you,” we explore what’s happened to you, what you were taught to carry, and how your nervous system adapted in response. I draw from depth and transpersonal psychology, narrative therapy, and relational frameworks, while honoring lived experience, cultural context, and body-based knowledge. For some clients, I also offer ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) as an adjunct to ongoing therapy. I approach ketamine work through a depth-oriented, narrative, and harm-reduction lens—centering safety, consent, preparation, and integration rather than quick relief or symptom suppression. Healing here is not about fixing or normalizing you—it’s about restoring choice, agency, and connection to your inner authority.
My focus: Many of the people I work with are cycle breakers, high achievers, sensitive souls, or individuals unmasking neurodivergence after years of adaptation, navigating attachment, identity, and transitions within neurodivergent and non-traditional relational spaces. Together, we explore the unconscious beliefs, values, and inherited messages that shape personality, self-worth, and relationships, creating space for self-awareness, self-compassion, and meaningful change.
Your first sessions: Our first sessions are about connection and safety building. We’ll spend time getting to know you, your story, and what you’re hoping for from therapy. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, your intentions, and any questions or concerns you have. Feeling nervous is completely normal. There’s no pressure to share everything at once—this work unfolds in relationship, over time, and at your pace.
