I strive to provide a safe and nurturing environment where you will receive the necessary tools to manage the daily struggles life presents.Located across the street from Prospect Park in beautiful Windsor Terrace Brooklyn, I offer comprehensive psychotherapy to adults, children, couples and families. Through mindfulness techniques, talk therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy I aim to create a space and relationship to help work through the issues we face from the past and the present. The focus of my practice is on managing anxiety, stress, depression, difficult relationships and family issues. Additionally, I specialize in 12-step recovery, mindfulness, and couples counseling.
