Sarah Mishler
Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate -
You are taking a great first step toward finding help with whatever you are struggling with. I know you are suffering in some way, and may feel lost, confused or scared. Finding a good fit with a therapist/counselor is important, so here are some ways I can help. I offer a safe, confidential, and nonjudgmental space where you may fully express yourself.
I have a holistic interest in your health which includes how the mind, body, and soul affect each other. I believe in a compassionate, client centered approach to therapy. My life experience could also be helpful in my work with you.
I prefer working with adults and enjoy helping clients who are interested in deeper exploration into their psyche’s and issues. I especially like helping clients with anxiety, depression, and transitional aspects of life. These could include marriage, parenthood, career change, divorce, physical illness, and death of loved ones.
Whatever you struggle with, I would be honored to walk beside you and help you find your way. It can be a challenging journey, but well worth it to grow, heal and regain your health and wholeness. It could even be exciting! I hope to walk with you soon.
