I’m guided by a genuine interest in understanding your unique challenges and strengths, and will support you in developing insight and implementing change where you feel it is most needed.
My approach is strengths based and holistic minded. I work primarily with anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship issues and life transitions, such as: life stage changes, marriage, divorce, spirituality, end-of-life concerns, identity/lifestyle changes. My clinical practices are trauma-informed, culturally competent and welcoming of diversity.
I have completed Level 1 and 2 in Gottman Method therapy for couples, as well as Level 1 PACT couples therapy and bring particular expertise to relationship issues.
