My approach is strengths based and holistic minded. I work primarily with anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship issues and life transitions, such as: life stage changes, marriage, divorce, spirituality, end-of-life concerns, identity/lifestyle changes. My clinical practices are trauma-informed, culturally competent and welcoming of diversity.
I have completed Level 1 and 2 in Gottman Method therapy for couples, as well as Level 1 PACT couples therapy and bring particular expertise to relationship issues.
