Sara Zelda Schultz

Somatic Psychotherapist & Eating Disorder Recovery Coach -

How long have you been struggling with the burden of feeling not enough? Not small enough, not good enough, not strong enough, not simple enough… It can be exhausting and lonely to feel like you’re constantly falling short. Maybe you spend your days obsessing about food and body image, trying to power through your anxiety, or trying to push aside the burden of the past long enough for you to cope with your fears of the future. If any of this speaks to you, I want you to know that you’ve done such an amazing job getting yourself this far – but you don’t have to do it alone anymore.
I specialize in supporting creative and sensitive individuals in getting the tools they need to feel empowered, courageous, and self-confident. I work with a social-justice informed, expressive arts, and somatic approach that allows individuals to embrace their own unique strengths; find freedom around food, movement, and body image; and learn from past trauma in order to let go of what’s holding you back from taking control of your life.
Oftentimes people wait so long to get support because they feel like it could be so much worse or that other people need the support more than they do. I want you to know that if you’ve found your way here, you deserve to heal. Your healed self has so much to offer the world, and I hope that I can support you in that journey. Call or e-mail today to take the first step towards getting the help you need to live the life you deserve.
