Sandra Larson
Clinical Therapist -
Are the current stressors of the pandemic causing you to feel grief, out of balance, anxious, lost? This is an unprecedented time and the fact that you are considering taking a courageous step towards starting therapy so that you can regain peace and well-being indicates you are ready to make changes and learn new ways of being. “Opportunities to find deeper power within ourselves come when life seems most challenging” (Joseph Campbell). Therapy is a place to gain understanding and undergo transformation in a safe and supportive environment.
I am a Licensed Master Social Worker in private practice with 21 years of experience working with adolescents and adults. No matter your age (adolescent to adult), gender, marital status, or sexual orientation, I will work with you to resolve issues related to grief, trauma, depression, anxiety, life/career transitions, and relationship issues.
My approach is to create a safe, accepting and supportive environment for you to process and resolve issues. I believe you have the inner resources needed to heal, my job as a therapist is to provide the support to you in finding your inner strengths and answers to your concerns.
