I provide individual counseling in Denver for people who want to gain more confidence, heal from the past, and learn to see themselves differently so they can live happier lives. I believe that we all have the innate ability to heal and by providing therapy with acceptance and empathy at its foundation, my goal is to help each of my clients to heal and to even rediscover themselves.
I am a naturally empathetic person and, as a counselor, I am my authentic self. I think the most important part of therapy is having a therapist who you feel like you can be real and honest with, and who you feel like understands you. I believe my work is to create an environment where you feel heard and accepted so that you can grow as a person.
