I provide a calm, caring space that will allow you to express yourself and make progress towards goals to improve your well-being. A happier, more fulfilling life is just around the corner!
If you’ve been hurt by someone, intentionally or otherwise, you deserve healing. Troubling events from your past can make it a struggle to live your life fully. I want to help you move forward. I am fully trained in using EMDR to help heal you from your trauma. You really can overcome negative experiences from your past.
