The journey of counseling and self-discovery can feel scary and lonely at times. My invitation to you is to hold on strongly to the comfort of knowing that you have me and your personal support system with you on this journey. I care deeply about each individual I work with. You are far more to me than a time slot on my schedule. You are a human being. You are a Soul. You are deserving of love and respect. It is truly my humble honor to be a part of your process and I am grateful that you trust enough in me to help facilitate change in your life.All breakthroughs happen with a change in belief. The first part of that change is releasing the old self-limiting beliefs that are keeping you locked in your pain and blocking you from the happiness that you seek. Together, we will help you to break the chains of thought patterns like “I am not good enough” or “I don’t deserve to be loved.” Like a plane that breaks through the clouds and into the sunlight, you will no longer feel the tightness in your body that the anxiety has been causing, or the heaviness in your body from the sadness that drains your energy.Your thoughts, feelings, and emotions are real. They don’t deserve to be judged by anyone else, or even yourself. Fear, worry, anxiety, sadness, not feeling loved or worthy of love, can impact us in a major way. This can effect all aspects of our lives, including our mind and body.We will work collaboratively to identify the root cause of these old beliefs which have created this pain-filled cycle and remove them from your mind and body once and for all. You will leave each counseling session feeling empowered to step off of the emotional roller coaster that life feels like right now, and step into a life of peace and happiness.
