Roni Kholomyansky

Psychologist -

Are you looking to get to the root of your problems and achieve lasting change? I use a depth therapy approach to help my clients break out of familiar patterns and develop resilient self-esteem. We do so by helping you better understand and work with your emotions and bodily sensations. By gaining a greater understanding and acceptance of yourself, you can let go of old ways of coping that kept you safe, and in their place can be new habits that actually work for you. In time, you can come to trust your internal compass and learn that there’s nothing fundamentally wrong with you – despite what others may have told you previously.

My approach can be particularly helpful for people with chronic depression, social anxiety, complex trauma, perfectionism, or those who identify as Highly Sensitive People. If you think we could be a good fit, you can learn more about me at my website (www.ronikhol.com), or you can reach out via phone or email to schedule a free consultation call.
