Are you looking to:
•Reduce emotional suffering from anxiety, depression, excessive anger, or childhood trauma?
•Cope with illness, divorce, or loss?
•Enhance performance in a career or school?
•Improve, save, or end a relationship?
•Get your life back from self-limiting thoughts and behaviors?
•Connect better with a teen or help get a teen’s life back on track?
…Or perhaps you wish to explore the many layers of your “self” to better understand who you are, how you got here, and ways to grow in a more directed, intentional manner?
If you are looking for someone to guide you in the therapy process who takes you seriously while being kind and compassionate, and who is skillful and experienced but down-to-earth and easy to talk to…then I may be the right therapist for you.
I am a Licensed Psychologist with a general psychotherapy practice in Marin County–and throughout California via secure video. I provide therapy for adults, tweens, and teens; counseling for couples; and consultations to individuals, families, and other psychotherapists. I am an authority on anger and road rage and specialize in problematic anger issues and am very experienced in helping individuals with anxiety, ADHD, depression, and relationship distress.
I bring with me over a decade of clinical experience and training in private practice, psychotherapy clinics, residential treatment facilities, substance recovery programs, and high school and college counseling centers. Additionally, I have over fifteen years of business management and human resource experience.
