Many therapeutic approaches focus on trying to make changes by changing thoughts or actions. The problem is that the reactive (fight/flight/freeze) part of the mind is so fast – much faster than any conscious attempt could possibly be. Also, when the source of a problem is mainly outside conscious awareness, it is hard to verbalize or even be fully aware of. What strategy can you put in place to work for that?
My specialty is to target and clear stuck points, especially those that originate mainly out of conscious awareness. They’re tied in closely to fight/fight/freeze mechanisms, so you’ll notice results right away. You’ll immediately feel more energetic, empowered, hopeful and renewed. You’ll find that you move forward toward making those changes that you’ll be glad to have done.
Sessions are up to 2 hours, solution oriented and pain-free. This is a short-term approach where most clients come in between 1 and 5 times.
