Rie Kojima Angeli

Provisionally Licensed Counselor -

Life can be very unkind at times. You may feel stuck or isolated right now. I would be happy to listen to your stories. Sometimes, all you need is someone who can listen to you with authenticity and non-judgmental attitude, which I can guarantee you to provide. By opening up to release your bubbled-up emotions, you may start to notice new you, which is the beginning of your enlightening  journey.

I will invite you to experiment something you are willing to try – focusing on being instead of doing, paying attention to the physical  sensation instead of cognition, getting in touch with your inner world, exploring yourself by using “parts” language in Internal Family Systems (IFS). In IFS, all parts of you are welcome, including the part of you that tends to do socially negative behaviors. By accepting and validating what your parts are, they start to trust you, which is the beginning of your healing. I look forward to accompanying you on this precious journey to build the inner harmony and peace in you.
