I am a licensed marriage and family therapist associate, supervised by Amy Birchill Lavergne, M.Ed., LMFT-S, LPC-S. I have established the HERA Therapy Center to provide affordable therapy services to the community. The focus for HERA is assisting the Healing and Empowering of clients through Reflection and Affirmation. HERA Therapy Center provides gender-affirming and LGBTQIA+ affirming mental health services and specializes in individual and couples therapy.
The focus and purpose of therapy services with HERA Therapy Center is to help clients heal and process through previous or current trauma, enhance qualities of the various relationships in the client’s lives, and explore the client’s authentic self. Therapists specialize in individual and couples therapy and work with a variety of client concerns.
The HERA Therapy Center accepts couples and individuals 15 years old and older. Therapists with HERA are also partnered with the San Antonio Pride Center. Telehealth and in person services provided. For more information, please check out our website.
