I work with adults on a range of issues including depression, anxiety, self-esteem and body image concerns, life transitions and stress management. My approach is tailored to each individual’s unique needs and I draw upon a range of modalities, including person-centred, psychodynamic, mindfulness, EFT and CBT.
Beyond psychotherapy, I also have experience as a Registered Dietitian. As a therapist, my nutrition background provides me with a unique, holistic lens that considers the connections between our mind, bodies and emotional wellness.
