Rachel Thomas
Associate Marriage and Family Therapist -
Have you ever asked yourself, am I “normal”? If so, you certainly are not alone. We are constantly stuck in a state of worrying about whether or not we belong that we forget how to be ourselves. Through societal, familial, and cultural expectations, there is an immense amount of pressure to tailor our appearance, thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors to be more desirable. I’m here to tell you that you are desirable just by being YOU! Through talk therapy, I work with you to better understand your core self. I treat individuals and couples with a holistic perspective, considering possible internal and external factors contributing to distress. Specializing in sex therapy, I also treat individuals with concerns relating to self-esteem, anxiety, depression, relationship and attachment issues, trauma, painful sex, low libido, desire discrepancy, difficulties with orgasms, and more.
