Rachel Luke
Therapist -
Welcome! Congratulations, you have done the hard, first step of searching for a therapist! I would love to introduce myself and my practice. I am a white, queer, fat woman who works with LGBTQIA+ folx and women around anxiety, depression, transitioning, relationships, spiritual harm, boundaries, and life transitions. My practice is social justice-oriented, disability justice oriented, anti-racist, sex positive, fat positive. I am always working to continue to grow in these areas and hope we can create a safe space for you to show up just as you are.
Life is confusing and painful at times. It is my goal for us to create a warm and safe space for you to explore the parts of you and your story that feel painful or frightening or not enough. A space where you can let down the masks and defenses you might use in life, to explore what might be going on under the surface. Therapy is a place for you to discover your agency and make steps towards that you truly want in life.
**I currently only over telehealth sessions.
