Rachael Krefman-Castellon
Clinical Social Worker/Therapist -
Since finishing my MSW program in 2009 at the University of Michigan, my career has been focused on helping teens and adults make positive changes in their daily lives.I encourage clients to challenge thoughts that have resulted in feelings of anxiety, sadness, hopelessness, helplessness, or other mental health concerns. My goal is to help clients live more peacefully. I provide face-to-face therapy at my office in Brighton, Michigan, or I can provide web-based services to individuals anywhere in Michigan.
I love providing support for people who are open-minded, insightful, and engaged. I particularly enjoy working with clients with a sense or humor.
