Pippab Barak
Art Therapist - LCAT
Opening ones self up, figuring out how to trust ourselves and others, finding the words to describe our internal world is at times frightening, painful and shame inducing. Sometimes walking through parts of life can feel raw and exposing.Through my journey as an artist I have explored these aspects of self, and as an art therapist I have watched others take on this journey. The journey is not short, it is constant and yet the speed, space and rhythm for each of us is completely personal.
